Nithons is proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of our HTHP Consistometer, model NZCJ2120, at Dulaty University in Kazakhstan. The equipment was delivered in August of this year and has since been fully commissioned, supporting advanced research in oil-well cementing laboratories.
The NZCJ2120 is engineered for extreme testing conditions, with a maximum temperature capability of 204°C and a pressure rating of up to 138 MPa. This consistometer is designed to evaluate cement thickening behavior under a wide range of downhole conditions. With laboratory efficiency and ease of operation as key design principles, the model significantly reduces two major sources of instrument downtime: cool-down duration between tests and routine maintenance requirements.
This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to supporting scientific research with reliable, high-performance technology. We look forward to building long-term academic and technical partnerships in the region.
