Nithons hpht consistometer range covers an extensive spectrum of temperature and pressure capabilities to simulate real downhole environments. From standard models designed for shallow wells (≤60℃, ≤30MPa) to advanced systems engineered for ultra-deep wells (≥180℃, ≥100MPa), each meter maintains precise control over testing conditions. This ensures accurate thickening time measurements that directly correlate to actual wellbore scenarios, providing critical data for cementing formulation development.

Single vs. Dual Cell

Nithons manufactures hpht consistometer of single cell and dual cell of each model.

The single-cylinder model is suitable for small cementing laboratories and on-site mobile cementing laboratories. It features a small footprint and light weight, making it easy to move.

The dual-cylinder model can test two samples simultaneously, with the two experiments being completely independent and not interfering with each other, which significantly improves experimental efficiency. Ningsai's dual-cylinder instrument has a compact structure. Compared with two single-cylinder thickening meters, it greatly reduces the floor space and costs less.

Nithons developed the floor-standing hpht consistometer and the desktop portable hpht consistometer.

As for the floor-standing hpht consistometer, with its stable and powerful performance, it provides core support for large-scale production enterprises and laboratories.​

The desktop portable hpht consistometer, on the other hand, focuses on the needs of mobile detection and real-time analysis, clearing obstacles for on-site operations and small-scale experimental scenarios. Featuring a compact and lightweight design, it weighs only one-third of traditional equipment, allowing for easy transportation to construction sites, outdoor operation points, or small laboratories. This solves the pain point of traditional instruments being bulky and inconvenient to move.
