We offer two types of potentiometers for customers to choose:
traditional Potentiometer and our self-developed Potentiometer.

Below are some features of our self-developed potentiometer.
l Torsional Spring Used as Contact Arm
With the feature of automatic compensation,a torsional spring has better contact stability,so it is used as the contact arm of potentiometer to improve the accuracy of test data.

l Easy Calibration to 0Bc
Users can easily calibrate the consistency to 0Bc only by unscrewing jackscrews.

l Spring Free from Influence of Cement Slurry
The spring is installed at the bottom of potentiometer,so there is no cement slurry accumulating around it.Therefore, the spring is able to keep good performance.
l Better View and Easy Installation
No beam is installed between the two hooks, thus offering a better view for users to observe consistency when putting it into the test cylinder.
l Central Shaft with Limiting Hole Ensures Easier Installation
When installing the mixing paddle, users may just insert a copper wire or iron wire with length of 3mm into the limiting hole to set the limit and then tighten the drive block, which is easy to operate.

l Use of High Temperature Resistant Material
This potentiometer is made of a material that is high temperature resistant up to 350℃,which makes it unlikely to deform under high temperature, avoiding getting expanded and getting in touch with the cylinder.
l Ceramic Bearing Features Low Resistance,Long Service Life and is Rust-proof.

lNITHONS self-developed high temperature potentiometer is a perfect replacement for the conventional potentiometer.
