In cementing operations, the development process of cement slurry's static gel strength (Gel Strength) directly impacts gas migration prevention capabilities and wellbore integrity. The NCKQ Static Gel Strength Tester is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Standard Specification 10. It is an instrument used to simulate underground high temperature and high pressure environments and continuously measure changes in the strength of oil well cement. The static gel strength tester is small in size and light in weight, making it more suitable for on-site testing. It is controlled by PLC+PC software. Experimental parameters can be set directly through the software without frequent pressing-button operations. Experimental data and experimental curves can be observed through the computer screen. The data can also be saved and output with screenshot, making it more clear. The instrument adopts alarms for temperature, pressure, and other experimental parameters, and can be off with one click, making the operation safer.

4. Over-pressure protection - there is no need to check the pressure frequently. The pressure will automatically release when it exceeds the set value to maintain the stability of the kettle pressure.

5. Alarm function - the instrument is equipped with pressure alarm, temperature alarm, etc. to ensure the safe operation.

6. Faster cooling speed - the instrument adopts the cast aluminum cooler which has a faster cooling speed. It increases the frequency of experiments, preventing cement solidification caused by too long cooling time.
